During a working visit, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, together with the Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mirzozoda Nizom Yusuf, inaugurated an additional educational building at Secondary School No. 15 in the village of Navbakhori, Dusti Jamoat, Abdurahmoni Jomi District.
The additional building resolved the problem of a shortage of student places and created favorable conditions for the work and study of teachers and students.
It is reported that the total number of students is 1,127, and parents and entrepreneurs financed the construction of the new building at a total cost of 1 million somoni.
The two-story additional building contains 8 classrooms, designed to accommodate 400 students in two shifts.
With the expansion of the settlement and the annual increase in the number of students, the need arose to build additional classrooms.
The classrooms and corridors of the new building are decorated with educational stands and banners, and the building itself is beautiful and modern. The classrooms are equipped with desks, chairs, and boards, fully prepared for teaching.
Chairman of Khatlon Region Davlatali Said spoke with the school’s teachers regarding the directives and instructions of the Head of State on improving the quality of education, strengthening cooperation between parents and educational institutions, and enhancing performance in national and international competitions and Olympiads.
The Chairman highly appreciated the initiative of the people and honest entrepreneurs, calling it a bright example of patriotism.
It should be noted that the state and Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, especially the Founder of Peace and National Unity – the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, pay primary attention to education, training, and upbringing of the younger generation, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for learning. Therefore, new modern buildings with comfortable learning environments are constructed every year.
