During his working trip, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, dear Emomali Rahmon, arrived in Jalaliddin district of Balkh region of Khatlon region. First, the head of state commissioned the building of the maternity ward of the central hospital in the district center. The maternity ward of the central hospital consists of two floors, is built in an elegant modern style and has a total of 60 beds. The department employs 136 people, including an obstetrician-gynecologist, neonatologist, gynecologist, obstetrician, nurse and junior medical staff. Along with the commissioning of a new maternity ward building equipped with modern devices and equipment, other departments of the central hospital, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, were also equipped with modern diagnostic and therapeutic tools. During the conversation with doctors and staff of the department, the Leader of the Nation stressed that the construction of new institutions, modernization of existing institutions and equipping them with modern equipment will contribute to improving the level and quality of medical care and access to it for the population. Now the residents of the district, taking advantage of the provided opportunities, get access to high-quality diagnostics and treatment at no additional cost. Taking into account the need for public health and social protection of the population, the infrastructure of medical institutions and social protection institutions in the district is constantly expanding and strengthening. Using the available opportunities, doctors can provide high-quality medical services not only to those in need in the district center and its villages, but also to patients in nearby villages and surrounding areas. Residents and doctors of the Jalaliddin Balkhi district called the construction of such a beautiful modern structure, built as part of landscaping activities in honor of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of state independence, a valuable gift. The building of the maternity department of the central hospital of the Jalaliddin Balkhi district adorns the district center, and the courtyard of the new facility is decorated in different colors.
