On May 7, Chairman of the Khatlon region Davlatali Said met with the management of Agroindustrial Complex Azerpambig LLC of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the hall of the Executive Body of the State Authority of the Khatlon region. The meeting was attended by Director of APK Azerpambig LLC of the Republic of Azerbaijan, First Deputy Director Huseyn Gafarov, Head of Business Development Department Nijat Kamilli and head of the company Rafael Tairov. Agroindustrial Complex Azerpambig LLC of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established on May 25, 2018 to carry out activities in the field of cotton cultivation. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of raw cotton, cotton fiber and cotton products. It was noted at the meeting that the Executive Body of the Khatlon region is interested in strengthening and expanding bilateral relations, including expanding cooperation in bilateral economic development. During the meeting, the director of APK Azerpambig LLC of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Fakhri Mehdiyev, noted that our company is the largest exporter, and we can buy cotton produced in the region at a higher price than the current price. The parties agreed to start cooperation on the production of raw cotton, cotton fiber and cotton products in the future.
