Today, March 19, during a working visit, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, Davlatali Said, inaugurated additional classrooms with a capacity of 200 seats in two shifts at Secondary School No. 25 in the Khutalon Jamoat of Nosiri Khusrav district.
It was reported that due to an increase in the number of students at Secondary School No. 25, there was a need to build additional classrooms at the institution.
Local residents and entrepreneurs have planned to build 4 additional classrooms with 200 seats and an assembly hall with 80 seats by 2024. The amount collected for construction works totals 650,000 somoni.
Chairman Said spoke with teachers and students, urging them to contribute to the prosperity of the country through good studies and meaningful activities. He also emphasized that in difficult and unpredictable conditions, amid the spread of terrorism, extremism, and other dangerous global factors, the primary mission of educators is to nurture the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
The Chairman praised the efforts of local residents and entrepreneurs as a vivid example of patriotism.
