On June 17, 2025, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan between the Minister of Finance, Faiziddin Sattorovich Qahhorzoda, and the Regional Director of the World Bank for Central Asia and Eastern Europe, Ms. Tatiana Proskuryakova.
The meeting was held on the occasion of the conclusion of Ms. Proskuryakova’s tenure as Regional Director of the World Bank. During the conversation, the Minister of Finance expressed his gratitude for the World Bank’s continued support in advancing financial reforms, developing social sectors, and implementing key projects.
It was also noted that Ms. Tatiana Proskuryakova made a significant contribution to strengthening financial cooperation and implementing socio-economic development projects in Tajikistan. Under her leadership, a number of important infrastructure and social programs were carried out with the support of the World Bank.
