Today, a ceremonial event dedicated to the celebration of National Unity Day was held at the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” with the participation of the institution’s staff.
The event commenced with opening remarks by the Deputy Director, who conveyed the Director’s congratulatory message to the participants. It was emphasized that National Unity is one of the fundamental pillars of nation-building, social cohesion, and the advancement of state policy. In the modern history of Tajikistan, it has played a decisive role in uniting the nation, safeguarding the country's full independence, establishing the legal system, shaping the national economy, promoting social justice, and preserving and developing the country's rich cultural heritage, education, science, and other key sectors.
It was further noted that this invaluable achievement was made possible through the wise leadership and visionary policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and has earned recognition and respect from the international community.
The participants highlighted that the two greatest factors that rescued the nation from division, reunited the people, and restored the dignity and reputation of Tajikistan on the international stage were, first, the wisdom and farsighted leadership of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and second, the achievement of National Unity.
The patriotic people of Tajikistan fully recognize that national unity, peace, stability, and public harmony are among the country's most sacred and precious values. They constitute the cornerstone of an independent state and serve as the guarantee of a dignified and prosperous life for its citizens.
Following the management's remarks, several staff members also delivered speeches highlighting the importance of National Unity, State Independence, peace and stability, and the continued development and prosperity of the country. They described National Unity as the solid foundation of Tajik statehood and sustainable national development.
At the conclusion of the event, participants viewed a documentary film dedicated to national unity, solidarity, and the strengthening of national identity and self-awareness. The event concluded with a call for every citizen to cherish the country's Independence, appreciate the achievements of peace, development, and National Unity, and continue contributing with dedication and commitment to the further progress and prosperity of the nation.
