With great joy and pride, I heartily congratulate all of you, dear colleagues, on the Republic of Tajikistan President's Day and the 33rd anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan Supreme Council 16th session.
The Republic of Tajikistan President's Day celebration is considered a symbol of loyalty and devotion to our beloved Motherland, the glorious Tajik people and the Head of State, and is an important factor in the unity, solidarity and cohesion of the Tajik people.
The extensive public activity of the great Leader of the Nation started with the Republic of Tajikistan Supreme Council 16th session, where the foundations of national statehood were laid. The most important achievement of this historic session is election of the head of state—a noble and worthy son of the people, a courageous and brave man, an honest and decent person with a strong national identity — as the Republic of Tajikistan Supreme Council Chairman.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, as a wise and far-sighted leader, supported by the immense strength and ancient wisdom of the people, led our country along a democratic, legal, secular and unified path, ensuring peace and tranquility for the people.
Under the direct leadership and constant care of the great Leader of the Nation, all spheres of life in the country have achieved significant success; the people of our beloved Motherland live in an atmosphere of peace and stability, unity, solidarity and mutual understanding.
The noble Tajik people are aware of the head of state daily activities and understand perfectly well that he dedicates his entire life and work to development and prosperity of our beloved country ensuring a dignified life for the people.
That is why November 16, as the Republic of Tajikistan President's Day, has become a national holiday for Tajiks, and every Tajik family celebrates it with joy.
From the first days of the country independence, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon participated in the process of restoring and establishing the foundations of the new state and nationhood, ensuring public security and tranquility, political and economic stability for the prosperity of our Motherland. He also participated in the construction of power plants and tunnels, scientific and educational enterprises and institutions, highways that meet international standards, and other great accomplishments, achieving great and unique success in development of the state and nationhood.
We are firmly confident that our beloved Tajikistan, under the wise leadership of the great Leader of the Nation, will achieve high accomplishments, sustainable development and a dignified life for its people, implementing its strategic goals and plans scheduled for celebration of the state independence 35th anniversary.
Once again, I sincerely congratulate all of you, dear colleagues, and through you, our entire noble people, on this significant day and wish you good health, happiness, prosperity and new victories in your ongoing activity for the benefit of our beloved Motherland.
