Today, as part of the events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, in fulfillment of the provisions of the "Month of Independence" approved by the Resolution of the Presidium of the Executive Committee of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan No. 4 dated July 22, 2026, and also marking the 15th anniversary of the foundation of the "Sozandagoni Vatan" youth organization under the motto "Independence, Youth, and Creation," over 110 leaders and activists from cities and districts of the republic visited the new Parliament building.
At the beginning of the visit, a meeting took place between the Deputy Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic Tajikistan, Mavsuma Muini, and the forum participants.
During the conversation, discussions focused on the role of youth in society, the constant support and paternal care shown by the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon for the growing and creative generation, as well as the active participation of young people in the political and public life of the country. Special emphasis was placed on fostering patriotism, national self-awareness, and the responsibility of youth in strengthening the achievements of the independence era.
Mavsuma Muini urged the participants to strive for knowledge, show initiative, engage in creative activities, and effectively utilize the conditions created by the state and the Government of the country, emphasizing that youth, as a powerful driving force of society, are capable of making a significant contribution to the development of an independent Tajikistan.
As part of the tour, the young people familiarized themselves with the architectural design, working conditions, and technical equipment of the new Parliament building. They visited the meeting halls, the library, the Technology and Communications Center, and the working offices of deputies and staff of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Office.
The meeting was held in a sincere and creative atmosphere and was praised by the forum participants as an important milestone in civic and political education.
