Today, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held.
At the meeting of the Council, the following were presented and relevant decisions were adopted:
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan;
Regarding the return of the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the protection of children from information harmful to their health and development;
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on scientific activity and state policy on science and technology;
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on other mandatory payments to the budget;
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan;
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on radiation safety;
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on coal;
Regarding the Protocol on making amendments to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the organized recruitment of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for temporary labor activities in the territory of the Russian Federation dated April 17, 2019;
Regarding the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Employment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Immigration Office of the Federal Public Service Interior of the Kingdom of Belgium;
On convening the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, seventh convocation;
Regarding the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on the agenda of the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, seventh convocation.
