Ghiyosiddin Ashurzoda, Deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the Committee on Economy and Finance, held a meeting with employees from various sectors and residents of Shahrinav District regarding the Address of the Leader of the Nation — President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Main Directions of Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Republic,” presented on 16 December 2025.
The meeting was attended by activists and heads of structural units of the Executive Authorities of the district, educational institutions, community farms, chairpersons of village councils, and deputies of Shahrinav District.
It was emphasized that in the Address of the Head of State, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, the main directions of domestic and foreign policy, ensuring the development of economic sectors, industry, energy, transport and communications, security and defense, law enforcement, healthcare, culture, science and education, social protection of the population, youth, sports, and tourism, are clearly outlined. During the meeting, these points were thoroughly explained by the Deputy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the residents and activists of Shahrinav District exchanged views on the discussed topics and received detailed and satisfactory answers to their questions and requests.
