Regular Meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Seventh Convocation Held

    A regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation took place today. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon, Faizali Idizoda.

   At the meeting of the Council, the following issues were presented and the relevant decisions were adopted:

- the issue of the Medium-Term Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030;- the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the Period up to 2030”;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Enforcement Proceedings”;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Production and Consumption Waste”;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Personal Subsidiary Farming”;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Circulation of Explosive Materials for Civilian Purposes”;

- the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Automobile Transport Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”;

- the Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation on the legal status of representative offices of the competent authorities on internal affairs and migration in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation;

- the Convention on the legal status of contingents sent to the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

- the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Report of the Head of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Office of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Execution of the Unified Revenue and Expenditure Estimate of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2025”;

- the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Approval of the Structure, List of Positions, and the Unified Revenue and Expenditure Estimate of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026”;

- the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Approval of the Unified Revenue and Expenditure Estimate of the State Institution “Editorial Office of the Newspaper Sadoi Mardum’ for 2025”;
