On December 7, 2025, a parliamentary delegation from the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, led by the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, departed for Moscow, the Russian Federation. The delegation is participating in the joint meeting of the Council and the 18th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Accompanying Chairman Idizoda are Mahmadshoh Gulzoda, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs, Public Associations, and Information, Shuhrat Ghanizoda, Chairman of the Commission on Control of Guidelines and Organization of Work, Abdujabor Sattorzoda, Head of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Office, and Zafar Faizullozoda, Head of the Secretariat of the Majlisi Namoyandagon.
The session brings together the heads of parliaments from the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and the Kyrgyz Republic.
The agenda includes discussions on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations, expanding cooperation, and addressing other key regional and international issues.
