According to the Agency for Hydrometeorology of the Committee for Environmental Protection, from June 3 to 5 of the current year, due to expected precipitation, local mudflows are forecast in some districts of republican subordination, Khatlon and Sughd regions, as well as in the western part of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
At the same time, due to the expected rainfall, water levels may rise in the Isfara, Zarafshon, Obikhingou, Vakhsh, Panj, Yakhsu, Kyzylsu (southern) rivers, as well as in rivers flowing from the southern slopes of the Gissar Range.
Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures during these adverse weather conditions.
