The “Clean Shore” campaign was held in the Firdavsi District of Dushanbe with the aim of intensifying improvement and clean-up activities, protecting the environment and improving the condition of the natural surroundings.
During the campaign, which brought together members of the public and employees of the Committee’s structures, the banks of the Dushanbe River were cleared of solid household and plastic waste. The collected waste was transported to the city landfill using specialised waste collection vehicles.
