To promptly detect violations, increase citizens’ responsibility, and prevent the dumping of waste in unauthorized areas, eight virtual surveillance cameras have been installed on the streets of Khujand.
According to the Environmental Protection Department of Khujand, within two months, protocols were issued against 15 city residents for disposing of household waste in unauthorized places, in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
