On November 12 of this year, a meeting between the staff of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and a representative of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan was held in the conference hall of the Committee’s central office.
The meeting, chaired by the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Isfandiyor Shukurzoda, featured a presentation by Senior Inspector of the Department for Combating Corruption of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, Major of Justice Bahromjon Bobo. He spoke about issues related to the State Strategy for Combating Corruption in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030.
In the second part of the event, an open dialogue took place between the representative of the mentioned agency and the participants of the meeting, during which the Committee’s employees received specific answers to their questions.
The purpose of this event, organized in accordance with the approved plan, was to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the State Strategy, as well as the timely and effective implementation of the internal anti-corruption action plan.
