A photo report on the inspection of the growth condition of spring wheat at the dehkan farm “Khotam Kurbonov” in Basmada village, Devashtich district, with the participation of the farm head, H. Gafurov.
It should be noted that in this farm, during 2026–2030, scientists from the Sogd Experimental Station of Soil Science and Land Reclamation are conducting research on the topic: “Increasing the yield of wheat on rainfed lands of Northern Tajikistan through the use of moisture-conserving agricultural practices and modern foliar fertilizers.”
Increasing the production of grain crops on rainfed lands under conditions of limited arable land in the republic is of great importance for ensuring the country’s food security.
