Today, under the chairmanship of Shermuhammad Shohiyon, First Deputy Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held.
At the meeting of the Council, the following issues were submitted and considered, with the relevant decisions adopted: the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Territorial Defence”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Migration”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Privatization of State Property’”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On State Financial Control in the Republic of Tajikistan’”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan ‘On Insolvency’”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Housing Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the OPEC Fund for International Development concerning the “Rehabilitation of the Rushon–Varshez Road, Phase 1” project; the Protocol on the Termination of the Agreement on Assistance to Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of September 24, 1993; the Protocols on Amendments to Articles 50(a) and 56 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation; the issue of convening the next sitting of the third session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation; and the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Agenda of the Next Sitting of the Third Session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the Seventh Convocation.”
