Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, an extraordinary meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.
During the extraordinary meeting, the Council considered a number of issues concerning the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing an Addition to the Procedural Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on Administrative Offenses”; the Agreement on the Coordination of Interstate Relations among the States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States in the Field of the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy; the Agreement on Information Cooperation among the States Parties to the Commonwealth of Independent States on Matters Related to the Movement of Radioactive Sources; the Agreement on the Joint Use of the Experimental Complex Based on the Kazakh Materials Science Tokamak; as well as the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Basic Principles of Cooperation in the Field of the Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy of 26 June 1992.
Following consideration of these issues, the Council adopted the relevant decisions.
