On August 25, 2026, a meeting of deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan with voters was held in the hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of the Shohmansur District of Dushanbe.
The meeting was attended by and featured remarks from Deputy Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Mavsumа Muini and Deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon representing the Shohmansur No. 3 single-member constituency, Orif Amirzoda.
The meeting addressed issues related to the achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan during the years of State Independence, the strengthening of the foundations of statehood, economic and social development, development and improvement initiatives, as well as enhancing the quality of services provided to the population.
It was emphasized that State Independence marked the beginning of a new stage of state-building for the Tajik people, strengthening national identity and creating the foundations for the country’s sustainable development. During this period, under the wise leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, peace, stability and national unity have been strengthened, and favourable conditions have been created for the development of the economy, social sector, education, healthcare and culture. It was noted that development and improvement initiatives are expanding throughout the country, including in Dushanbe and Shohmansur District, with the aim of improving living conditions for the population.
At the same time, particular attention was paid to the role of young people in the further development of the state, enhancing their political and legal awareness, preserving national values, and continuing development and improvement initiatives.
It was noted that the celebration of the 35th anniversary of State Independence should serve as a factor in strengthening every citizen’s sense of patriotism, national identity and civic responsibility, while encouraging every resident to make a personal contribution to the development and prosperity of the homeland.
The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere, and participants received clear and comprehensive answers to their questions and requests.
