On August 26, a meeting between the Deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ghayrat Azizzoda, and activists and residents of the Buston settlement was held in the hall of the State Educational Institution "Mastchoh Professional Agro-Industrial Lyceum."
Ghayrat Azizzoda emphasized that independence is a vital historical achievement for the people of Tajikistan. Over the 35 years of State Independence, under the leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, Tajikistan has achieved significant development and progress, and the living standards of the population have substantially improved. Thanks to the policy pursued by the Head of State, the republic has confidently embarked on the path of creation and achieved weighty successes in such areas as the economy, industry, energy, transport, education, healthcare, and culture.
It was noted that political stability and national unity have created favorable conditions for implementing creative programs, attracting investment, constructing production enterprises and social facilities, and improving the infrastructure of populated areas. Today, the primary task of society is to preserve these achievements and continue creative and developmental work.
During the meeting, voters were provided with detailed information about the activities of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, its role in drafting and improving legislation, and issues related to the implementation of the state's legal policy. Ghayrat Azizzoda emphasized that the national legal framework is constantly being improved to meet the demands of the time and the interests of society, creating a reliable foundation for protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, sustainable development, and ensuring the supremacy of the law.
An engaged exchange of views also took place regarding priority areas of state policy, including the accelerated industrialization of the country, entrepreneurship development, support for domestic production, the advancement of agriculture, improving the quality of education and upbringing, developing the healthcare sector, and enhancing the well-being of the people.
During the conversation, special attention was paid to the role of youth in society, their upbringing in the spirit of patriotism and national identity, engaging young people in science and vocational training, preventing negative social phenomena, and making effective use of available opportunities.
