On August 24, 2026, a meeting was held in the assembly hall of the Hissar City Primary Health Care Network between Dustmurodzoda Surayo, a deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of Republic of Tajikistan from the Hissor single-mandate electoral district No. 7, and local healthcare workers.
Dustmurodzoda Surayo spoke on issues regarding the strengthening of the foundations of state independence, national unity, preparation for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of state independence, the implementation of national laws, the prevention of youth involvement in extremist and terrorist parties and movements, the improvement of medical services for the population, the support of creative initiatives, the rejection of excesses and superstitions, the complex and unpredictable situation in the global community, the upbringing and education of the younger generation, and the enhancement of urban culture and national heritage among residents.
It was noted that medical workers must possess professional expertise alongside high communication standards, civic responsibility, kindness, and respect for patients. For a patient, a kind word, sincere attitude, and the doctor's encouragement can become an integral part of the healing process.
During the meeting, achievements in the country's healthcare sector were highlighted, and views were expressed regarding the attention paid by the state and the Government, particularly the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, to the development and introduction of modern technologies in the field. An open discussion among participants regarding the aforementioned topics also took place.
Attendees were urged to contribute actively to the strengthening of state independence.
Furthermore, it was emphasized that state independence represents the greatest blessing for the Tajik nation, and this year the proud people of the country are celebrating the 35th anniversary of this historic milestone in an atmosphere of peace and stability. It was stressed that the current global situation compels everyone to appreciate the true essence of independence and national unity more than ever and to raise the younger generation in this patriotic spirit.
