On 24 August, a meeting was held at the Hall of the Executive Body of State Authority of the City of Kanibadam between Nasrullo Rahmatjon Mahmudзода, Deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan representing the Kanibadam No. 19 electoral district and Chairman of the Committee on Law and Order, Defense and Security of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, and his constituents.
The meeting was attended by city activists, heads of organizations, institutions and educational establishments, as well as active women and young people.
Nasrullo Mahmudзода delivered an address on the achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan over 35 years of state independence, significant progress in various areas of public life, and the role of state independence in strengthening statehood, peace, national unity, and the country’s development.
It was emphasized that the foundation of the country’s achievements, progress, development initiatives, and the strengthening of national statehood lies in the wise and constructive policy pursued by the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon. It was noted that, owing to this forward-looking policy, Tajikistan is confidently advancing along the path of sustainable development.
Particular attention was also given to strengthening the rule of law and public order, safeguarding the achievements of independence, fostering patriotism and national self-awareness, and promoting the active participation of citizens in the development of society.
A similar meeting was also held in the Patar rural jamoat. It was attended by activists and residents of the jamoat, staff of the rural jamoat administration, and heads of organizations, institutions, and educational establishments operating within the jamoat. The participants exchanged views on the achievements of the independence period and important issues of public life.
