Today, the regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon.
During the session, the deputies considered and adopted relevant resolutions on the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and "Khaituo Energy Development" Limited Liability Company for geological exploration, assessment, and study of the subsoil, as well as the extraction and processing of lithium within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The agenda items were presented and explained to the deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon by Zarif Alizoda, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legal Issues and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli; Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan; Dilafruz Saidi, member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee on Energy, Industry, Construction, and Communications; and Ghulom Halimzoda, member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee on State Structure and Local Self-Government.
