Today, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan was held under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The following items were presented and reviewed during the meeting, and relevant resolutions were adopted: the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Local Bodies of State Power, the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Subsoil, the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing an addition to the law of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Tajikistan, the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Introducing amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Haituo Energy Development Limited Liability Company on geological exploration, evaluation, and study of the subsoil, as well as the extraction and processing of lithium within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, the draft law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legal Education of Citizens, as well as the issue on convening the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh Convocation and the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on the Agenda of the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the Seventh Convocation.
