Today, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan was held.
The following draft laws, agreements, and resolutions were presented, discussed, and relevant decisions were adopted during the meeting:
- The Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Environmental Education of the Population.
- Regarding the return of the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Persistent Organic Pollutants.
- The Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Library Activities.
- The Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making changes to the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- Preliminary leasing agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Development Bank regarding the project «Development of Smart Tourism and Entrepreneurship Education».
- Loan agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Development Bank for additional financing of the project «Central Asia-South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade (CASA-1000), Tajikistan».
- Preliminary lease agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Islamic Development Bank for additional financing of the project «Central Asia-South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade (CASA-1000), Tajikistan».
- Additional agreement to the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, «Avesto Group» LLC, and «Artel Engineering and Management» LLC (Republic of Uzbekistan) regarding the construction and operation of the domestic appliance manufacturing plant «Artel Avesto Electronics» in Dushanbe.
- On establishing a working group to improve the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making changes to the Housing Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- On establishing a working group for the «International Year of Legal Education, 2027».
- Regarding the visit of Sh. Shohiyon to the city of Yerevan.
