On April 8, the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Organized Recruitment of Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for Temporary Labor Activity in the Territory of the Russian Federation, dated April 17, 2019.
This Agreement will allow Tajik citizens wishing to work in the Russian Federation to undergo the necessary medical examinations in their own country more easily and at a much lower, more affordable cost.
The State Duma of the Russian Federation has also ratified this Agreement, and it entered into legal force in Russia on March 18 of this year.
