Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held.
At the session, the Agreement on the provision of a guarantee between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development regarding the project “Heat Supply in the city of Dushanbe”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations of the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations of the Free Economic Zone “Panj”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations of the Free Economic Zone “Danghara”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations of the Free Economic Zone “Kulob”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations of the Free Economic Zone “Ishkoshim”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing an addition to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Holidays”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Use of Atomic Energy”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On State Social Procurement”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Export Control”; and the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Trade and Consumer Services” were considered, and appropriate decisions were adopted on all the issues discussed.
