Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the next meeting of the Council was held.
At the meeting, the following items were discussed and relevant decisions adopted:
The Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on amendments and additions to the Law “On State Social Orders”;
The Draft Law on amendments and additions to the Law “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities”;
The Draft Law on amendments and additions to the Law “On Export Control”;
The Draft Law on additions to the Law “On Public Holidays”;
The Draft Law on amendments to the Law “On the Use of Nuclear Energy”;
The Draft Law on amendments and additions to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan;
The Agreement on guarantees between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development regarding the project “Heating Supply in Dushanbe”;
The Draft Resolutions on amendments and additions to the charters of the Free Economic Zones of Sughd, Panj, Danghara, Kulob, and Ishkoshim;
The Draft Law on amendments and additions to the Law “On Digital Governance”;
The Draft Law on amendments and additions to the Law “On Population Registration”;
The Draft Laws on amendments and additions to the Water Code of the Republic of Tajikistan;
The Draft Laws on amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses;
On the trips of N. Kholboizoda to Minsk, the parliamentary delegation to Istanbul, and I.I. Kamolzoda to Almaty;
Convening the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation;
The Draft Resolution on the agenda of the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation.
