Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the next meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan took place.
At the meeting, the following items were considered and the relevant decisions were adopted: the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Primary Vocational Education”; the return of the draft Information Code of the Republic of Tajikistan; the return of the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Mass Media”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the National Archival Fund and Archival Institutions”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Cooperatives”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the funding agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development regarding the implementation of the project “Continued Funding for the Construction of the Rogun HPP”; the loan agreement between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development regarding the project “Introduction of Electric Public Transport in Khatlon Region, Phase 2”; the convening of the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan; and the draft resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon on “The Agenda of the Next Sitting of the Second Session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of Seventh Convocation.”
Other current working issues were also considered.
