Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular sitting of the second session of the seventh convocation of the Majlisi Namoyandagon was held.
At the session, the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education,” the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Limited Liability Company “Ayon Energy” on the construction and commissioning of a 250 MW photovoltaic power plant in Asht district, Sughd region of the Republic of Tajikistan, and a 250 MW photovoltaic power plant in Jayhun district, Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Tajik Metallurgical Plant” on the construction and commissioning of an iron ore beneficiation plant were considered. Relevant decisions were adopted on all issues discussed.
The agenda items were presented and explained to the deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon by Farhod Rahimi, Chairman of the Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan; Rahimzoda Sulton, Chairman of the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan; Sheralizoda Muhammadullo, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee on Energy, Industry, Construction and Communications; Najmiddiniyon Asadullo, Member of the Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy; and Hasanzoda Nasrullo, Member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Committee on Energy, Industry, Construction and Communications.
