Today, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, a regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation was held.
During the sitting, the following items were considered:
the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Status of the Formation of Forces and Means of the Collective Security System of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) dated 10 December 2010;
the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on Cooperation among the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the Field of Transportation of Military Units and Other Formations, Their Movable Property, as well as Military-Designated Products dated 15 September 2015;
and the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Protection of the Population and Territories from Natural and Man-Made Emergency Situations.”
Following consideration of the issues on the agenda, relevant decisions were adopted.
The agenda items were presented and explained to the deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon by the First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, Bobojon Saidzoda; the Chairman of the Commission on Deputies’ Ethics and member of the Committee on Law and Order, Defense and Security, Parviz Shodizoda; the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Issues, Water Resources and Land, Fazliddin Ikromi; and the member of the Committee on Law and Order, Defense and Security, Zafar Azizoda.
