Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation was held.
During the session, the following draft resolutions of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were considered: a draft resolution on removing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi from the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on law and order, defense, and security, a draft resolution on electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi as a member of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on science, education, culture, and youth policy, a draft resolution on electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi as Chairman of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on science, education, culture, and youth policy, a draft resolution on electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi to the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the procedure for the stay of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and vice versa, the Supplementary Agreement to the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and a consortium of investors, consisting of Limited Liability Company “Net Solutions” and Closed Joint-Stock Company "Dushanbe City Bank," on the implementation of the project “Establishment of paid parking facilities, charging stations, and an automated system for registering violations of traffic rules in the Republic of Tajikistan.”
Following consideration of all agenda items, the relevant resolutions were duly adopted.
The agenda items were presented to the deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon by Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan; Abdurahmon Alamshozoda, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; Shuhrat Ghanizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Commission on Control of Guidelines and Organization of Work and member of the Committee on Legislation and Human Rights; and Siyovush Nabotzoda, member of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Economy and Finance.
