A regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation took place today. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon, Faizali Idizoda.
At the meeting of the Council, the following items were presented and the relevant decisions were adopted: the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the removal of Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi from the membership of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Law and Order, Defense and Security”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi as a member of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi as Chairman of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy”; the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On electing Saidvalizoda Barno Saidnabi to the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Public Procurement”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On introducing an addition to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Holidays”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Handling of Radioactive Waste”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments and additions to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments and additions to the Code of Procedure for Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On amendments and additions to the Urban Planning Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”; the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the procedure for the stay of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan; the Additional Agreement to the Investment Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and a consortium of investors consisting of the Limited Liability Company “Net Solutions” and the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Dushanbe City Bank” on the implementation of the project “Establishment of Paid Parking Facilities, Charging Stations, and an Automated System for Recording Traffic Violations in the Republic of Tajikistan”; matters concerning the visit of a parliamentary delegation of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan to the city of Manama; the convening of the next meeting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation; and the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the agenda of the next meeting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation.”
Other working issues were also considered.
