The content and key points of the Address of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli, were presented and explained to constituents in the city of Isfara by Javhari Mujibakhon, Chairman of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon on Social Affairs, Family, and Health Protection, and Baboiyon Madina, Member of the Committee on Law and Order, Defense, and Security.
Javhari Mujibakhon emphasized that the Address of the Leader of the Nation, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, as an important political and strategic document, defines the key directions for the future development of the state and society. The Address gives particular attention to ensuring political stability, national economic development, social protection of the population, advancement of education and healthcare sectors, accelerated industrialization, and digitalization of the economy.
It was noted that improving the standard of living of the people, strengthening the foundations of statehood, and the effective use of domestic resources are among the priority tasks, the implementation of which requires the active contribution of every citizen of the country.
Baboiyon Madina, in her remarks, highlighted the state’s social policy, support for vulnerable groups, development of human capital, and the role of youth and women in the progress of society. She stressed that the Address of the Head of State places special importance on fostering patriotism among young people, increasing legal literacy, and strengthening civic responsibility.
It was emphasized that the Leader of the Nation regards youth as the driving force of society and considers the creation of favorable conditions for quality education, stable employment, and development of their abilities as one of the key directions of state policy.
