A regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation took place today. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon, Faizali Idizoda.
At the meeting of the Council, the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the procedure for the first joint session of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation” was discussed. Also, the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the agenda of the first joint session of the the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation” was considered.
Furthermore, the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the approval of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the dismissal of Hasanova G.K. from the position of Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan” was discussed. Other issues included the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the approval of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the dismissal of Sherali Mirzo from the position of Minister of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan,” and “On the approval of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the dismissal of Zavgizoda Z.A. from the position of Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.”
Additionally, the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the approval of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the appointment of Kholmahmadzoda S. as the Minister of Labor, Migration, and Employment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan,” and "On the approval of the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the appointment of Sobirzoda E.A. as the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan,” were considered.
Other matters such as the draft Resolution of the Majlisi Milli and the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the appointment of Abdurahmonzoda A.S. as the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan” were reviewed.
The draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan 'On Electronic Documents and Electronic Signature” and the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Medicines, Medical Products, and Pharmaceutical Activities” were also discussed.
Finally, the Convention on the Legal Status of Delegations Sent to the Participating States of the Commonwealth of Independent States was considered, and the corresponding decisions were adopted.
Other current issues were also reviewed.
