Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation was held.
At the meeting, the Council discussed draft resolutions of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, including:
- On the early termination of the mandate of Deputy Shodiyon Muhammad Sultonzoda of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- On removing Shodiyon Muhammad Sultonzoda from the Committee on Science, Education, Culture, and Youth Policy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- On dismissing Shodiyon Muhammad Sultonzoda from his position as Chairman of the Committee on Science, Education, Culture, and Youth Policy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- On removing Shodiyon Muhammad Sultonzoda from the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Council also reviewed the following draft laws:
- Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Courts of the Republic of Tajikistan”;
- Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Environmental Education of the Population”;
- Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Insurance Pensions and State Pensions”;
- Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of the Tajikistan “On State Social Insurance”;
- Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Tourism”;
- Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments to the Urban Planning Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
The Council also discussed a parliamentary delegation's trip from the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Relevant decisions were adopted on all matters considered, and other work-related issues were reviewed.Ф
