On 18 November 2025, Gulzoda Mahmadshoh, Chairman of the Committee of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on International Affairs, Public Associations and Information, participated in the 23rd Autumn Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA), which is currently taking place in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye.
It should be noted that Gulzoda Mahmadshoh also serves as the head of the Majlisi Namoyandagon delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
He is accompanied on this trip by Saodatsho Matrobiyon, a deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon and a member of the Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Youth Policy.
The session’s agenda includes the Parliamentary Conference titled “50 Years of the OSCE: Revitalizing Multilateralism through Dialogue and Cooperation”, as well as the Mediterranean Forum and a meeting of the Standing Committee.
During the session, parliamentarians from OSCE member states will exchange views on strengthening dialogue and political trust, global trade, connectivity and sustainable development, respect for human rights, and the promotion of family values.
Members of the Majlisi Namoyandagon plan to deliver statements during the thematic sessions of the parliamentary conference and hold a series of meetings with parliamentarians from OSCE member states.
