Today, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, a regular sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (seventh convocation) was held.
During the sitting, the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Courts of the Republic of Tajikistan” and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on Cooperation in Restoring Territories of the Republic of Tajikistan Damaged as a Result of Uranium Extraction and Mining Activities were discussed. Relevant decisions were adopted on the matters under consideration.
The agenda items were presented to the deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon by Qurbonzoda Isojon, First Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan; Ghanizoda Shuhrat, Chairman of the Commission on Control of Guidelines and Organization of Work; Khayriddinzoda Azizbek, member of the Committee on Law and Order, Defense, and Security; and Saidi Dilafruz, member of the Committee on Energy, Industry, Construction, and Communications.
