As previously reported, from October 15 to 18 of this year, Members of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan participated and delivered speeches at the sessions of the Standing Committees of the Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which were held in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation.
Farzona Khojazoda — a member of the Committee on International Affairs, Public Associations, and Information — delivered a speech at the session on culture, information, tourism, and sports.
It was noted that the Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan has adopted normative legal acts that have given a significant impetus to the development of the aforementioned sectors.
