Dushanbe, October 20, 2025 – Today, under the chairmanship of Faizali Idizoda, Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular meeting of the Council of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the seventh convocation was held.
During the meeting, the following draft laws and issues were discussed and scheduled for further consideration at upcoming sessions:
Draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Courts of the Republic of Tajikistan”;
Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation in the rehabilitation of areas in Tajikistan affected by uranium extraction and mineral processing;
Proposal to return the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”;
Draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Export Control”;
Matters related to official business trips;
Convening of the next sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan (seventh convocation);
Draft Resolution “On the Agenda of the Next Sitting of the Second Session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the Seventh Convocation”.
Other working matters were also considered during the meeting.
