Deputies of the Majlisi Namoyandagon - Sobirzoda Ghaffurjon, a member of the Committee on Economy and Finance; Ziyoi Bahriddin and Boboiyon Madina, members of the Committee on Law and Order, Defence, and Security; as well as Mahmadshozoda Farhod, Head of the Department for Foreign, Inter-Parliamentary Affairs, Protocol, and Organization of Work of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Office - participated in the Asian-African Parliamentary Council, held on 8–9 September 2025 in the city of Beirut.
Nabih Berri, Chairman of the Lebanese Parliament, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. It was noted that the establishment of the Council could contribute to the development of member states, help eliminate conflicts and misunderstandings, and support the resolution of the Palestinian crisis.
It should be noted that delegations from more than 30 countries participated in the meeting. The Council adopted relevant decisions regarding the issues discussed, and an exchange of views also took place.
