Today, the parliamentary delegation of the Majlisi Namoyandagon, led by the Chairperson of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Faizali Idizoda, accepted the invitation of Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and arrived in London to participate in a meeting of parliamentary delegations of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the House of Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The delegation includes M. Gulzoda, Chairperson of the Committee on International Affairs, Public Associations, and Information of the Majlisi Namoyandagon; K. Shamsherzoda, member of the same committee; D. Saidi, member of the Committee on Energy, Industry, Construction, and Communications of the Majlisi Namoyandagon; and Makhmadshozoda, Head of the Department of Foreign, Interparliamentary, Visit Relations, and Organizational Work of the Apparatus of the Majlisi Namoyandagon.
During the visit, it is expected that Chairperson Faizali Idizoda will meet with a high-level delegation of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to discuss ways to strengthen relations and expand interparliamentary cooperation.
