In celebration of the national holiday marking the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, an environmental cleanup campaign titled “Clean Shore” was held along the right bank of the Dushanbe River.
Members of the Environmental Volunteers Club under the Chairman of Dushanbe City, local residents, and other representatives of the public actively participated in the campaign.
During the campaign, the riverbank was cleaned of household and plastic waste. A total of 2.4 cubic meters of waste was collected and removed.
