To implement the requirements of the "State Anti-Corruption Strategy in the Republic of Tajikistan" and to increase legal awareness among employees, a meeting was held at the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the meeting, a comprehensive report on current anti-corruption issues was presented, and participants exchanged views in an open atmosphere. Along with the report, specific and detailed answers were provided to participants' questions.
During the event, government representatives informed participants about the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Combating Corruption" and the "State Anti-Corruption Strategy in the Republic of Tajikistan through 2030," and discussed ways to prevent corruption, amendments, and additions to criminal-administrative legislation.
The management and staff of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in addition to their professional activities, pay special attention to corruption prevention and regularly conduct outreach activities. This issue is under constant review by the Committee's leadership and is regularly discussed at all monitoring meetings.
It should be noted that the primary purpose of such events is to raise public awareness of the fight against corruption, improve citizens' legal literacy, prevent all types of violations, and ensure compliance with laws and state anti-corruption programs.
