Dear Colleagues,
With great respect, I sincerely congratulate all of you on the occasion of WorldEnvironmentDay, celebrated annually on June 5.
This important date once again unites the global community in recognizing the significance of environmental protection, the sustainable use of natural resources, and humanity’s responsibility toward the environment.
Nature is the source of life and an invaluable blessing for humankind. Protecting clean air, pure water, fertile land, forests, vegetation, and biodiversity is an important duty and responsibility shared by each of us.
Today, climate change, glacier melting, environmental pollution, and the growing volume of waste have become serious global challenges. The Republic of Tajikistan, as a country endowed with vast water resources and unique natural landscapes, pays special attention to environmental issues.
Thanks to the international initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, our country has gained international recognition as a leading advocate on water and climate-related issues.
Environmental protection is not only the responsibility of government institutions but also the mission of every citizen of the country. Maintaining cleanliness, conserving water and energy, promoting greening initiatives, planting trees, and treating nature with care are valuable contributions that every individual can make toward protecting the environment.
I am confident that each of us will continue to make a worthy contribution to the beautification, cleanliness, and preservation of the magnificent nature of our beloved Tajikistan.
Once again, I congratulate all of you on the occasion of World Environment Day and wish you good health, prosperity, and great success in your daily activities.
May the valuable contribution of every resident of our country toward greening, cleanliness, and the development of our beloved homeland always be appreciated and fruitful.
Happy World Environment Day, dear colleagues!
