From May 2 to 4, due to heavy rainfall and thunderstorms , except in the eastern areas of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, there remains a risk of localized mudflows in some districts of Khatlon and Sughd regions, the districts of republican subordination, and the western part of Gorno-Badakhshan.
Additionally, on May 2 - 3, in the eastern areas of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, due to meteorological factors (dust masses entering the country from the east and southeast), an increase in air pollution levels is expected, including suspended particles such as PM10 and PM2.5.
Furthermore, on May 3 - 4, due to precipitation, water levels may rise in the Vakhsh, Yakhsu, and Kyzylsu (southern) rivers, as well as in rivers flowing from the southern slopes of the Hissar Range.
Citizens are advised to take precautionary measures during these adverse weather conditions.
