The Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the aim of improving the hydrological condition, ensuring proper water circulation, preventing the accumulation of silt deposits, and preserving the ecological system of the territory of the State Nature Reserve “Beshai Palangon,” has organized the installation of a water culvert.
At the same time, in order to ensure the free flow of water and improve the meliorative and ecological condition of the area, the reserve’s canals and watercourses are being regularly cleared of silt and other obstructions. These measures are important for stabilizing water movement, preventing waterlogging, and protecting the natural environment of the reserve’s territory.
It should be noted that the ecological and hydrological condition of the State Nature Reserve “Beshai Palangon” remains under the constant supervision of the Committee’s responsible sectoral specialists and the reserve’s management, and the relevant work in this area is continuing on a regular basis.
