An environmental campaign titled “Clean Shore - 2026” was organized and conducted in the city of Hisor at the initiative of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Loiq Rahmonzoda, representatives of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the city of Hisor, employees of environmental protection authorities, housing and коммунal services, active members of the public organization “Sozandagoni Vatan,” as well as volunteers from the youth and sports department of Hisor.
The campaign took place along the shore of the Changob River and aimed to raise environmental awareness among the population, protect the environment, and maintain the cleanliness of coastal areas.
As a result of the efforts, 12.4 cubic meters of waste were collected and transported by special vehicles to the official city landfill.
Such initiatives play an important role in improving the environmental situation, preventing pollution, and encouraging public participation in community activities.
