Across the Sughd region, in order to implement the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and within the framework of the State Program for Greening the Republic of Tajikistan until 2040, the tree-planting campaign is actively continuing.
At the initiative of the environmental protection department, evergreen and ornamental saplings were planted along the highway of Devashtich District in the Dashikon rural jamoat with the active participation of local residents.
In total, 11,300 shade, evergreen, and ornamental tree saplings have been planted in the district so far. According to the plan, 48,000 shade, ornamental, evergreen, and fruit tree saplings are scheduled to be planted during the current year.
